Service - Recently the service department said it was time to rework the brakes on my mini van - I told them to do it. About 30 minutes later the a mechanic came to me and told me the brakes were in gre time to rework the brakes on my mini van - I told them to do it. About 30 minutes later the a mechanic came to me and told me the brakes were in great shape, no need to do anything. (the vast majority of mileage is long distance so it is reasonable the brakes would have less wear than anticipated.) I appreciate that kind of integrity. Wells is the only Company I use for service for the last 30 or so years. I have always been completely satisfied, and I have always been kept informed. After so many years Wells is sort of like family. I trust them completely. They have taken the time to explain all the new gadgets/ improvements. Several vehicles ago we made a deal on a mini van but to get the color I wanted, they traded with another. I was happy. I was especially happy when they refunded $500.
