Adapted to a changing requirement with ease. Went in to rent a car for a spring break trip to Gulf Shore, AL. The original plan was for five of us and we reserved an Escape seven days prior to departure. Sparing you the confusing details how the number started to fluctuate (thus changing the size requirement for us), we had to change the type of vehicle three times in six days! Nikki Look was able to handle the adjustments and somehow managed to remain gracious, charming & professional as well as make a last minute change that allowed us to get the car we needed the day before we left. She was patient & AMAZING! Additionally Constance Hoffman was able to keep things running smoothly when we she had to fill in when we showed up while Nikki was at lunch. She was also patient and understanding. Great job all around....thanks! More
