The Ultimate in Customer Service Beginning from the call in for an appointment, the Customer Support Staff were magnificent. They met me at the service doors and escorted me through Beginning from the call in for an appointment, the Customer Support Staff were magnificent. They met me at the service doors and escorted me through 5he whole process. I was introduced 5he each person who had part in the process and professionally engaged each time. While waiting for the service itself I was offered a comfortable seat (recliner) and the beverage and snack bar was pointed out. When my truck was done (in a very timely manner) a Representative came a got me. No PA system here. Once the process was completed they escorted me to the door, held it open and pointed out where they had parked the truck. Overall a very enjoyable experience. More
