The service department was great. The service manager was not. He talked down to me like owning one of the cheaper cars off his lot means I don’t deserve the same respect as someone w The service manager was not. He talked down to me like owning one of the cheaper cars off his lot means I don’t deserve the same respect as someone who owns one of the more high dollar cars on the lot. I own 4 ford vehicles all in different price ranges. On this visit I had my Ford Focus that only has 58 thousand miles on it. My car has now gone through 2 sets of good tires for wearing wrong. There is no reason for this to happen other than something is wrong with the car. My car is still under warranty. So fix the problem so I’m not spending 1000 dollars on tires every 25 thousand miles. The service manger needs to learn how to talk to people. More
