Customer review I know they have a height rating, but I took my ford truck in for an inspection,I was told I needed wiper blades,I said OK then I was told l needed a I know they have a height rating, but I took my ford truck in for an inspection,I was told I needed wiper blades,I said OK then I was told l needed a rear tail light assembly because of condensation inside the unit, l was told they had to order one,l looked and there was several beads of condensation inside on the lens, the passenger side unit. The next day I took my truck back and the new unit was installed, when l went home I noticed they installed the unit on the drivers side. I called to talk to a manager, the first one I talked to was polite and said he would call back, later that day another person called me and was very mean referring that I was a liar,he said the paper work said LH unit to replace,the moisture I seen was in the RH unit, this manager in my opinion needs training on how to talk to customers. Because of this I will never again use this facility. More
