Salesman did everything to rush the sale and succeeded. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with stay away. Now the blower fan is making noise also. They said they changed the oil but the def fluid was under half full which gets filled with an oil change so I got it changed because they probably lied about that too. Ford should shut them down and take their name away from these crooked people. More

This We live in Springfield, MO, yet, own a local business in St. James. Over past 29 years we have purchased several vehicles from Hutcheson Ford. This was he second time that we had service work do at Hutcheson Ford on a pickup that we purchased elsewhere. The entire staff were courtesies and very helpful when the oil pump on a motor with only 65,000 miles failed and destroyed the motor. The pickup is a 2011, 3500 and out of warranty. The cost was heavy, however, the service department went beyond the call of duty to try and get Ford to stand behind what was a faulty part. However, Ford Corporation did not stand behind the part or motor. The moral to this story is I would recommend to anyone if an extended warranty is offered, you should take it as the engine and labor cost us just over $13,000.00 to replace the motor on the 6.7 diesel. A couple of thousand dollars for an extended warranty is very worthwhile, just wish we had purchased one when we purchased the pickup. More
