Warranty service Have had my vehicle in for service several times over the years. In general, the service department has been very informative as to the problems with my vehicle and have contacted me with issues and delays. One thing that I would have liked to see is that when I come to pick up my car that the electric motor battery would be fully charged, it costs less than 50 cents and would be a nice service for plug-in vehicles. I understand that Ford is not moving forward, at this point, with plug-in hybrids, but feel that this would be a thoughtful gesture for a service customer. More

I wasted three hours on my day off and didn't get the vehicle, then was offered the deal I needed a few days later, and had to make another trip. More
