Unexpected repair I had been told that my battery needed replaced several months prior. So when the time came to do so it was a no brainer. They replaced the battery bu I had been told that my battery needed replaced several months prior. So when the time came to do so it was a no brainer. They replaced the battery but after doing so my trucks system reset its air damper settings causing a clicking noise to occur in the dashboard. Since this wasn’t that way when I brought it in for repair, you could probably understand my anger to want it not doing it. The manager listened to my thinking and offered a reduced price to the solution. Knowing that he didn’t have to do this, it meant more to me because he did care about my complaint. Most service departments would have just said take it or leave it. But he was very happy to make things happen even if it was most likely a coincidence that it occurred. I had the repair done and drove away happy. This is to let everyone know they want to help anyway that might possibly benefit you first. More

A Perfect Car Buying Experience Although it was a bit of a drive from St. Louis, Hutcheson Ford had the car I was looking for, so my son and I decided to give them a try. We felt right away that we'd come to the right place. From beginning to end the experience was pleasant, fairly simple and no-pressure. Drew was fantastic. He's down to earth, warm and friendly, but still professional. He negotiated with us in a no-pressure, reasonable manner, and we felt the final price was very fair. Amy was awesome handling all the paperwork. The day after the sale, Drew called to see how I liked the car. Three different times he invited me to call if I had any questions or issues regarding my purchase. Although completely satisfied with the car, I later called Drew simply to ask his professional advice about what I could do about a few small chips in the paint on the hood. To my surprise, he offered to have his guys touch them up at no cost! This review is long, but I just can't say enough about the wonderful service we received at Hutcheson Ford. They were absolutely worth the drive from St. Louis, and we'll definitely return for any future vehicle needs! More

Great service! I got 4 new tires for my vehicle. They ordered exactly what I wanted, and gave me the cost in advance, along with the option to buy an inexpensive roa I got 4 new tires for my vehicle. I also got an alignment, rear brakes, and new wiper blades. There was a rebate on the tires, which they took care of for me. There were coupons on the brakes and wiper blades. There are always coupons. If you don't see them on the dealer's website, just go to Ford.com. Their service is great, their prices are reasonable - compare them to anyone else, and you'll see. Plus, they know my vehicle better than anyone else because it's a Ford and that's their speciality. If I have a question about some future service that I need, all I have to do is run it by Joe, my service advisor, and he will tell me what to expect. I trust Hutcheson Ford to take great care of my vehicle, and trust is what it's all about.:) Plus, I just love my new tires!:) More
