Salesman was great. I found the vehicle to my liking on their site. It was 135 dollars over fair market value. They would not come off the price at all. I was pre-approve I found the vehicle to my liking on their site. It was 135 dollars over fair market value. They would not come off the price at all. I was pre-approved through my bank with a certain % rate and given instructions on what the dealership needed to do. I drove a hour to the dealership, my wife took off work early to meet me. I was advised by the finance department that the bank had given me wrong information and that I needed to fill out a new application. That application came back 1.5% higher then my bank told me. I left without the vehicle. I called my bank the next morning they advised me the dealership told me wrong and the new application would void my pre- approval loan and my advised rate. I had to talk to the bank manager to tell them what I was advised to do. I then had to call the dealership and ask them to withdraw my application. I then received a call form the dealership that everything was straight and I was good to go with my original pre approved loan rate. I had to drive a hour back the next night to get the truck. I was not happy needless to say. When I went to sign the papers I advised the finance department I did not want anything extra just the truck as is. He probably did not say to words to me the whole time after that. THE SALESMAN on the other hand went above and beyond. he came in to help me on his only day off. He did everything he could during both days to keep me informed and assist me in anyway he could. (I was very grateful for Joe Taylor). More

Roger is my service advisor and he always takes good care I have been very pleased with both the sales side and more importantly the service provided. Roger is my service advisor and he always takes good care of me. I live an hour away and pass several repair shops and/or dealers to come to this location because of Roger's excellent customer service. It's a position of trust. But often once you purchase the car the dealer doesn't care about that relationship anymore. I've been so pleased with the follow through by Roger and his team and I feel like I have a dealer and service provider for life. It's the reason why when it came time for an additional vehicle I returned and purchased here. Thanks again, I will purchase all of my future vehicles here and will continue to travel to get my maintenance performed here, based on Roger's professionalism and partnership with myself and his other customers. I will literally talk about this experience for many years to anyone who will listen and use it as the standard for car buying. In and out in an hour and that included chit chat - the car was clean and ready with plates for me to test drive and take home, all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign and the pricing was EXACTLY what we had discussed. I had a negative experience with another dealership - Hendrick, and they basically did a bait and switch (false advertising the "Hendricks price" AND 0% financing for 72 months, but it turned out it was either one or the other. They use archaic sales methods - the stereotypical car sales model. Luck Chevrolet actually had the same make and model and the price was slightly higher, but they CLEARLY stated on their website their deals could not be combined. If you are considering buying a vehicle I would highly recommend buying from Hyman Bros. John was upfront with me from the beginning, giving me the "out the door" price - and that is exactly what I ended up paying to the cent. He made sure everything was taken care of to make it as seamless as possible for me and I know he treats all of his clients with the same high standard of care.
