The price was good, but was a little over retail and the mileage was a little high for a 1 1/2 year old car. Spoke with them over the phone several times as its a little over two hours for me to get there, everything was exactly as promised, beaut ever find. I did have an issue with the vehicle before I left the dealership it threw a DTC, pulled back in immediately they ran diagnostics and found the cause. Customer service continued with the offer to buy dinner. Their service department jumped right to it. Got a very nice loaner vehicle until repairs are complete. I would not think twice about recommending anyone to them and I will certainly be going back the next time I'm in the market for a quality vehicle. Thanks Hyman Bros. More

I finally found the PERFECT vehicle on Hyman Bros website and couldnt' believe they would deliver it to me for only $250! I was a bit sceptical at first, but am so glad i decided to call them and eventually purchase an '08 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I could not have had a more pleasant experience! Salesman, Joe Taylor, was so friendly and helpful. He was easy to communicate with and always quickly responded to my texts and calls. Joe & Hyman Bros made the entire transaction very simple and my new vehicle arrived at my door about a week after i purchased it. It was exactly as they described it & as was depicted in the pictures on their website. The delivery driver was very nice and worked around my schedule. Two days after delivery, a problem arose with my new car. I immediately called Joe (even though it was after 8:00 pm) and he answered even though he was at home playing with his daughter. He advised that i take the car to my local Jeep dealership in the morning and call him back. Again, Hyman Bros was so easy to work with and took care of all repair charges (about $600). The service manager at my local Jeep dealership made several comments about how friendly Hyman Bros was and how easy they were to work with. I couldn't be happier with my experience or my new car! My wife and I had a fantastic buying experience at Hyman Motors. We were very anxious buying an expensive, used 2008 Benz on the internet without seeing or test driving the car. The salesman, Joe Christoph Motors. We were very anxious buying an expensive, used 2008 Benz on the internet without seeing or test driving the car. The salesman, Joe Christopher, assured me that the car was in extraordinarily good shape. I thought it was sales hype but then he emailed me a great number of pictures. I am glad I listened to him. I also like that Joe and Scott, the manager, were extremely detail oriented; there were no surprises. Everything they said would happen, did happen. Joe even went the extra mile to have an extra key made for me. The deal was quite complicated because my wife's 1998 Benz had developed major issues with the command module. We worked through a fair trade in and also worked through transporting her car from NJ to Virginia. My wife was thrilled when the car arrived. It was beautiful, in greta shape. Even better than described! Several neighbors thought it was a bran new car, right out of the showroom. I summary, Hyman brothers made a difficult deal easy; they exceeded expectations. Everything they said was true. The car was fairly priced. I received an acceptable trade. Laura was terrific in arranging transport of the trade and the purchased car. It was easy.
