When i went to hyman i had been searching for the right vehicle and dealer to purchase one from for about a month, but to no avail. Every other place we had visited, even the dealerships that we were sent vehicle and dealer to purchase one from for about a month, but to no avail. Every other place we had visited, even the dealerships that we were sent to by reference from friends and family, fell short of satisfactory, in that they would tell me what i wanted to buy, jerk my chain and try to sell me vehicles i had explicitly told them i was not interested in. But when i first set foot out of the vehicle and onto the pavement of the lot at hyman brothers, instead of being berated by a raved and crazed salesman, i was greeted by a friendly and polite man by the name of Joe Taylor. Instead of telling me what i wanted and saying "this is what you want" or "why dont we go around the lot, and ill show you what your looking for". Joe asked me what kind of vehicle i was interested in, realized he didnt have it on the lot, and politely suggested that we go inside and take a look at the computer to see if anything caught my eye. We found multiple things that i both liked and thought met the criteria i was looking for, mainly a sporty four door sedan. Instead of imediatly jumping down my throat to buy one of the things i saw, Joe encouraged my plans to think it over and contintue to explore my options. Upon further thought on the situation i decided that this was the place to buy my first vehicle from, and this man was the one i wanted to deal with, unknown to me at the time, due to his kind nature and helpfulness, that decision had already been made the moment i shook his hand. I was very impressed by his willingness to also go out of his way to meet our time frame for when we did decide to test drive the car i had selected, which he gladly had transfered from a different location for us. All in all i would say that Mr. Joe Taylor is the finest salesman i have ever met, and if all other salesmen were half as good as he is, and even a fraction of a stand up and helpful guy as he, i would be one poor individual. Hyman Brothers did a great job in getting me into newer truck. I couldnt have asked for more friendly people to work with and they were not pushy at all, they let us take our time and listen to what WE had truck. The car buying experience with Joe and the rest of the Hyman staff could not have been more of a pleasure. We liked the low pressure sales approach that joe used and that was the main reason we bought th Hyman staff could not have been more of a pleasure. They were extremely understanding during the process as we had our 1 and 3 year old sons with us during the car buying process.
