Bush league....lazy....incomplete repair. 6 month old Sonata under full warranty. Fixed a clogged pipe in AC unit that caused leaking onto floor mat and floor (soaked).......but told us to tak 6 month old Sonata under full warranty. Fixed a clogged pipe in AC unit that caused leaking onto floor mat and floor (soaked).......but told us to take car to a drive-in carwash to use a Shop-Vac to suck up the water ourselves. When asked why the dealer didn't have a Shop-Vac (we have one at home), were told "They only have a prep department over at the Chevy dealership". OK...why didn't they take the car to that place to complete the repair? Why was someone SO lazy as to not at least towel dry/blot the mess? When we asked that, he looked at us like we were aliens for asking...and then said bring it back another day, and they's do it....this after leaving the car there for the whole day. Under warranty....car should have been repaired/readied to be like new. Bush league. More
