Very Frustrating Experience I made an appointment to replace my tail light assembly and a new second set of key to program. It took three week to set up an appointment because th I made an appointment to replace my tail light assembly and a new second set of key to program. It took three week to set up an appointment because the person programming the key are not available. But anyway, we waited three weeks. A week before our appointment I checked with the service person if the parts already in stock and ready to be install in my car and she said yes. So the day of my appointment we drove an hour and a half to my appointment and then check in with the service person and told us it will take 2 hours finish the job. So we when to the near by shopping center to spend some time and then 2 hours later, I got the call and she told me that none of the parts are available. She offer me a full tank of gas for my trouble, which is not enough for my wasted time and trouble. So I told her just shipped the parts to me and I'll install it myself and the key will program by other Hyundai dealers. Two weeks later I received a package from them and it's the wrong parts so I have to send them a parts number and picture of the parts. This is telling me that they have not seen the car when I took it for service. And it took them 2 more weeks to send me the right parts. The experienced that I had with the dealership is so frustrating. They never offer me to pay for the key programming by another Hyundai dealership. More

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS D WE ALER TO ANYTHING ONE.!!! POOR SERVICE AN RUDE!!! WE WHERE AT THE DEALERS FOR 9 HOURS BUYING THIS SUV. SALES TALK(lieing about prices an rebates) ONLY ONE PERSON THERE WAS HELPFULL &WOULDNT LIE. HIS NAME IS WALTER. THEY MOVED HIM A SIDE AN ED MUSE STEPPED INN. FROM THERE IT WAS ALLFULL. This dealer's service department is awful. When you drive in there there with an appointment, there is no one to greet you. I had to spend 10 minutes yelling : "Hello?" before someone came out. My fron in there there with an appointment, there is no one to greet you. I had to spend 10 minutes yelling : "Hello?" before someone came out. My front right signal light wasn't working. They told me it would cost me $800 to have the entire assembly replaced. I took it to another dealer; it cost nothing to have the lightbulb replaced. They make you wait for hours to tell you they don't know how to fix something. I will never go back to this dealer again. More
