Worst Experience I was looking for a new car and found this place on Yelp. I read reviews and saw they had perfect ratings so I believed I made the right decision . First of all the staff is not in communication at all with each other . I had to run my credit numerous times and when I arrived nothing was prepared . Mind you inspoke to someone on the phone and they told me just come in all the paperwork is waiting for me . I should of left then , I was iffy about the car I wanted but didn't want to miss out so I left a deposit . After doing some more research I decided that car was not for me so I called for a refund . Week later I still have not received my money and I am getting the run around . It's horrible ! I spoke to Santiago and he gave me some horrible excuse to come down and when I declined he had an attitude and said he would call me back . I asked to speak to the manager in which Steven was put on the phone and he gave me another story from what Santiago told me . Now I have to wait again for my money . It's been over a month , these guys are just ridiculous . I will be making a complaint and calling BBB on them . Never will I recommend someone to them. More

HE directed me over to Diony the Finance Guru and he broke down everything for me. Dealing with both Diony and Mohamed I felt confident and knowledgeable of what I was getting myself into. Ty both for making me feel comfortable and not scamming me into something. IF ANYONE IS EVER IN THE BAY RIDGE area and looking to buy a Hyundai ASK FOR MOHAMED I assure you, you won't regret it More
