Friendly customer service. The Escondido Hyundai dealership is in need of some renovation after the relocation, but the staff was friendly enough to make up for it. I was immediately greeted by a nice young woman who introduced me to Nick and Gabriel. I already knew what I wanted and wasn't budging on my criteria which put them in a tough spot since they did not have that car in stock. They did however, go through the leg work for me to find the vehicle at the right price (we used Costco) and call me back so I didn't have to wait the entire time at the dealership. The paperwork process is tedious as you expect when buying a new car and we ended up having to draft a second contract. During the second draft there was a computer error that we didn't catch until we got home. Nick went above and beyond to have everything corrected and the dealership even gave us a cash credit for the inconvenience. More
