You guys baited me to come into the dealership with a mailer stating that you would give me a free car appraisal and up to a $20 Starbucks gift card, and then there was a scratcher with the mailer and I was supposed to come match that with your prize board to see what prize I had won. I didn’t want any of that. I just wanted the appraisal. Somebody spoke to me and asked if I wanted to buy a new car and I told them no I just want the appraisal to see what the value of my car is because of the manufacturer Paint defects and issues that all white Hyundais are having with my paint color. So I spoke to three people, and I was told they will tell me the worth of my car because it’s not worth anything to them because of the paint issues they wouldn’t be able to put it on their lot. And now I’ve gone to another Hyundai dealership who didn’t tighten the drain plug enough on my car and the oil poured out and my wife was driving it without an oil plug or oil on it for a little bit and now it’s consuming so much oil and this other dealership is telling me that it couldn’t be from that and that I’m wrong even though running your car with no oil would cause it to consume oil because of the things that get messed up in micro abrasion, letting oil by calling blow by. So it’s not just this dealership. It’s all Hyundai dealerships. They do not care about you. Want to buy your car and leave. It takes calling corporate and opening up a good faith complaint to get something taken care of. But this is where I bought both my cars from. We are no longer a Hyundai family because of how we’ve been treated. All you had to do was have somebody come out give me my appraisal and say all your car is only worth 1200 bucks. That’s all I wanted. I wasn’t trading it in I already let them know that. Just like today with a different dealer and Temecula still Hyundai., they told me what I thought was wrong with my car was incorrect, and that I was wrong, and then they refused to look at it. I don’t know how they could tell me I’m wrong before they even look at the problem. Hyundai used to be a good company to buy cars from. But now it wouldn’t even trust my grandmother or mother to go into the dealership because I know they’re just gonna screw us over bait and switch. They did that with the car too. They told me they have a silver car. I test drove the car. I was buying the cars and they said oh we accidentally sold that to someone else.. so I had to settle for less of a car package
