Great Customer Service After visiting the Honda, Mazda and Audi dealerships, Mat was the best sales representative we had spoken to, which is why we decided to pick Hyundai. This was my first time looking into buying a car and he was very welcoming and definitely patient with us and understood we were being cautious and picky with what we wanted. He was able to answer all our questions and went the extra step to explain more into detail if I did not understand something. The first time we went to Hyundai to look at the cars, he was very helpful and let us test drive the car and asked for more details about what we wanted and what our price range was.The second visit we decided to buy the car. What we appreciated the most was that he came to Hyundai on his day off in order to sell us the car since it was the only day we were available. Throughout the whole process he was very helpful and had the best customer service that we had seen after talking to many other sales representaives at other dealerships. I would definitely recommend Mat and will choose him in my future purchases at Hyundai of Escondido. More
