I honestly can not recommend this place for buying a car. The number of ridiculous hoops they make you jump through and their incompetent staff make the process incredibly painful. I bought a used car with cash, and they made me not only apply for credit, but also made three inquires on my credit report, made me prove my identity multiple separate times, and hired a notary to verify everything. No wonder their fees are ridiculous. It seems likely to me that they forced the credit application to fraudulently boost their numbers (they clamed it was required to verify my identity - even after I had provided multiple forms of identification). Pretty slimy behavior. They were also pushy and sketchy in all their other interactions, and took forever to process my purchase. It took a full week and a half to just get the car purchased, and then after that they took two more weeks to get me the title. The sales guy I worked with was nice and helpful, but every other employee I worked with was awful - especially the finance guy Lucas. Steer clear of this place if you can. More
Great dealership, the car was waiting for me ready to go on the test drive. Salesperson Alison Burdette stayed in touch with me through the week long process. I traveled from Utah to Washington to test and then purchase the vehicle. The finance manager Roman was also top notch he was very patient answering all my questions about the out of state purchase. On the test drive a vibration was noticed at highway speeds, the dealership was quick to troubleshoot and after a few balance attempts replaced the tires at no charge. I drove the car about 850 miles home no problem car is really in nice condition. Will keep this dealership in mind when time to make another vehicle purchase. More

I highly recommend choosing any other Hyundai service center over the Kirkland location. This was hands-down the most frustrating and negligent service experience I’ve ever had. I dropped off my car b center over the Kirkland location. This was hands-down the most frustrating and negligent service experience I’ve ever had. I dropped off my car because the AC stopped working—within one year of purchasing it. Chris Zuch “sweet-talked” me with assurances that they’d look into it right away (he's a complete scammer and literally doesn't care about service if you have a warranty). I waited over 3 months just to get an appointment. When I finally brought it in, they told me they didn’t know how to fix it and needed me to return again for a pipe leak test. By the time I got another appointment, summer was over and I had already spent months driving without AC. After all that, they never identified or fixed the issue! I spent around $300 on Uber rides just going back and forth to this place with zero results. Eventually I went to the Everett Hyundai service center instead—they found and fixed the problem in ONE visit. Do NOT waste your time or money with Chris Zuch or this location. Completely unhelpful and borderline scammy. More
