Every salesperson tries to get yo My experience with IE Hyundai was overwhelmingly positive. Shopping for a car is never a pleasant experience for me. Every salesperson tries to get you into their dealership, by talking your ear off, without committing to a price, etc. So, I did most of my initial research by emailing all the dealers, and trying to get the best price I could for the car/model I wanted, which was a 2014 Santa Fe. All the dealers would get back to me with updated offers, this, that. Eventually it seemed like IE Hyundai was giving me the best price, and the initial salesperson I was in communication with (not Kris Cranfill) was fairly helpful. They had the car I wanted on the lot --a few of them-- and they were offering me the best deal, both on the price and in terms of financing. Then, the original salesperson, towards the end, got a bit pushy and I was rather taken aback. However, the deal they were offering me was the best one around. I contacted Kris Cranfill, who was the manager at the dealership, and he made it all good, by offering me a bit more for my trade and also by getting me one percentage point lower on the interest rate. The dealership was indeed able to get me financing about 4 percentage points lower than what I was able to get on my own. Kris really made me feel welcomed and behaved like he wanted my business, by correcting the other salesperson's misstep. Like I said, I am very pleased with they way they treated me and I'll be talking to them again if I decide to get another Hyundai. More
A Breath of Fresh Air! Dear Hyundai Inland Empire, First of all, we want to say that Hyundai Inland is an incredible dealership. In particular, Art Lee, our salesman, i Dear Hyundai Inland Empire, First of all, we want to say that Hyundai Inland is an incredible dealership. In particular, Art Lee, our salesman, is the BEST! My husband and I had been investigated getting another Mercedes, perhaps a used Mercedes and then also looked into Buick , Kia, Hyundai, Toyota, & Hondas. However, our online investigating and talking to others, it was very clear that Hyundai had the BEST warranty, the MOST features that were not additional costs or ADD ONS and GREAT gas mileage. Considering we were going to replace our Mercedes, our Sonata had MORE FEATURES as standard and cost A LOT less! I had filled out some info. on the Hyundai Inland's website. In a matter of few minutes, I received a phone call from Mr. Art Lee asking if we wanted to come in. So the next day, my husband and I went to meet Mr Lee to "just look" as we weren't ready to get a car - yet! Upon our arrival at Hyundai Inland, a clean, bright and cheerful facility, we were treated well by everyone. Mr. Lee was a perfect gentleman, asking what we needed/wanted, never pushy or in a rush and showing us a variety of beautiful cars. We were leaning towards getting a Elantra because we knew we couldn't afford the most beautiful, Mercedes-like Equus! We went on a test drive in the Elantra, which was very nice. Mr Lee also showed us a little nicer Sonata, which I really loved. My husband and I went home to consult about what we were going to do. Meanwhile, that night I emailed Mr Lee about a few more questions and dropped a hint that IF we wanted to get the Sonata did he have one in blue, instead of the usual silver, black, white and beige. He answered all my questions in a timidly manner with NO pressure. The next day we went back with our decision to get the SONATA! We went in the side door so we couldn't see that waiting at the main entrance, Mr Lee had waiting for us my beautiful BLUE SONATA!!!! I couldn't believe it. I started to cry with joy! Mr Lee had worked very quietly, very knowledgeably and with the utmost care to make sure our needs and WANTS were met. (Btw, Art was busy so to make sure we didn't have to wait too long he had Josh Turnbull assist us with our paperwork. Josh, as well, was very helpful and very friendly!) Since I am the primary driver, I feel like a Queen. I have a sapphire and diamonds in my wedding ring and the color of my Sonata matches my sapphire. So I call her my SAPPHIRE SONATA!! We are THRILLED!! Thanks to the WONDERFUL Mr Art Lee for his guidance, his knowledge and his caring. Hyundai Inland should be proud to have him as he is a great asset. We are still learning all of the fantastic things this car can do. I plan on seeing Art soon for some more lessons. HaHa. Thanks again Hyundai Inland and esp. Hyundai Inland Empire was actually not the lowest price...Riverside Hyundai was but not by much. But I read some bad reviews regarding that dealership and other's experience going to them thru TrueCar that we decided to not buy from them. Also had a bad experience with their sister dealership, Riverside Mazda...but that's another story. Everyone we dealt with at Hyundai Inland Empire was friendly, up-front and no-nonsense. Art made sure to explain everything to us. We also didn't feel any pressure to purchase anything extra during the entire process. Art even called us the next day just to check that everything was fine. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! FIRST CAR! Hyundai Elentra 2014 I had different options that i have been reviewing when it came to my first car, test drove a few and i really liked the Hyundai Elentra. I first visited the Riverside Hyundai however, they were adding all kind of add-ons to the TrueCar price that was agreed upon. I later on received a email from Inland Empire Hyundai,and i told them about my experience. Amanda one of IE Hyundai internet sales manager informed me that i would not be committed to any extras that i didn't want or agreed to. I decided to make a visit and check it out myself. I was instantly impressed by the great welcome i arrived from Kris Cranfill, Amanda's partner and how co-operative he was with all my questions. Not only did they keep their promise of no additional extras but Kris was able to help me with estimates on the total price. Being neglected before for any estimates unless i purchased Kris gladly helped out and explain the different promotions available and my different options for financing. I was happy with the estimate and on the next day came back and like promised paid for no additional extras and i even saved more than what was estimated. I'm happy to say that i love my car and feel like i was treated well with no lies and great service. More

Truer than true Art Lee is amazing. We (the wife and I) used the TrueCar website to get quotes on the car we wanted, a 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT. We did a lot of resear Art Lee is amazing. We (the wife and I) used the TrueCar website to get quotes on the car we wanted, a 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT. We did a lot of research, including test drives, independent reviews, etc. We received received quotes from three TrueCar Hyundai dealerships. Their prices varied by as much as about $500 for the same model, color, and trim criteria the TrueCar quote engine uses to generate their quotes. For the dealer to honor the TrueCar quote, you must purchase the car out of dealer stock. Art Lee, the internet sales rep at Hyundai I.E. reached out to us professionally and courteously, and seemed the most genuinely interested in getting our business. He assured us that they had the color we wanted in stock, and had the car waiting for us, (as he promised) when we arrived. Although their quote wasn't the lowest, in the end Hyundai I.E. offered the best deal because of what Art Lee did for us. He was completely transparent and honest. He got 50% more money for our trade-in, and also was able to discount the accessories we wanted significantly to more than make up for their slighly higher TrueCar quote. Their final price was $600 lower than the other lowest TrueCar quote, over $1,000 lower than what the Costco dealer offered. We didn't even follow up with the other independent internet quote engines (CarsDirect and AutoNation) because their starting prices were way too high or their search engines were too complicated. Beyond that, Art's honesty, true concern, and transparency made this the best car buying experience we have ever had, and we have had very good experiences in the past using the Costco Auto Buying program. This was just much better. I can truly recommend Art Lee, Hyundai I.E., and TrueCar.com as the new best way to buy a car, especially a Hyundai. I am VERY difficult to please and very demanding in the car-buying process, but found no need to be "contrarian" as Art bent over backwards to get us the best and fairest deal possible. And finally, the car is everything we expected it to be and more. We absolutely love our Hyundai GT in Windy Sea Blue (metallic). This color is so amazing in person. I'm so glad we found Art Lee and Huyndai I.E. through TrueCar.com. More

I went online and got an appointment with Art Lee, who quickly set up my test drives and didn't play any games. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the automobiles and didn't play any price hike games. He earned my trust. There was an unfortunate delay between the test drives and the time when I was ready to purchase, but Art stuck with me and was patient. When I was ready to buy, he made everything simple and found the exact vehicle I wanted. Most people would never be able to say it was a pleasure dealing with a car salesman, but working with Art was a terrific experience. When it's time to buy my next Hyundai, I know who I will be looking for! More
