The nicest group of people I spent 3 long days test driving every crossover there is. I wanted a Ford Flex but my husband sent me to Hyundai to look at the Santa Fe so I went to I spent 3 long days test driving every crossover there is. I wanted a Ford Flex but my husband sent me to Hyundai to look at the Santa Fe so I went to Loma Linda where I was greeted by Jason Pratt. I let him know that I just wanted to look inside and see if it was something I was interested in so I could come back with my husband the next day to test drive. He gave me all of the info on the car and I was also introduced to Adrian on of the Sales Managers that night. We chatted a little about the cars and what I was looking for what I was expecting, let them know what I was promised from the Ford dealership in regards to my trade in etc. By the time I got home Jason had already followed up with a phone call just to say THANK YOU and he looks forward to meeting my husband and hopefully helping us with getting a car. Needless to say after spending 2 more visits with Jason and Adrian I decided that Hyundai IE is where I wanted to purchase my car. They are not pushy, they are knowledgeable about their products. Every time you walk in they call you by your name and talk to you like you are a friend visiting their home. I was pleasantly surprised that when I went into financing and was helped by Tish that she also was just as helpful and friendly. We also had connected with just having conversations about things and it wasn't just all business matter. My friend that was with me during this time even said that this was the BEST time she has ever had a dealership. The helpfulness didn't end when they had the sell but has continued every day that I have gone in there. I had my daughter go in a look to buy a car and she ended leaving yesterday with a new car also. She was helped by Scott Duralia and he was just as pleasant and helpful as everyone else. destroyed my Elantra on a telephone pole,and walked away !! Had a 2012 Hyundai Elantra for 7 months, and loved it. During that seventh month, I had a horrible accident trying to avoid a car moving into my lane. Had a 2012 Hyundai Elantra for 7 months, and loved it. During that seventh month, I had a horrible accident trying to avoid a car moving into my lane. Hit a telephone pole at a high rate of speed, which "killed" the Elantra & and the pole also. I was able to walk away from the crash, with no broken bones, only a large number of large bruises. The crumple zones on the car didn't touch the passenger compartment, which saved my life !!! About 3 weeks later my Wife and I went to the same Hyundai dealer, ieHyundai, in Loma Linda, and bought a NEW 2014 Hyundai Elantra, through the TRUECar program. Great Internet sales manager(Art Lee) great customer service, very short paperwork to buy the car. I would reccomend this dealer to ANYONE, and I already have !!! More
