Joey Amaya was very well groomed, friendly and professional, he approached me on the car lot and asked me if I had seen the new Azura. I told him that I had a 2012 Sonata, was getting it serviced professional, he approached me on the car lot and asked me if I had seen the new Azura. For the first time ever my car buying experience was awesome! I'd been looking at new cars for awhile and was really frustrated by some of the attitudes of salesmen I'd encountered. I blew up his email and he remained professional. He didn't bug me and adjusted to my schedule. He was friendly and put me at ease. He didn't even mind the multiple test drives of the same vehicle in different colors. I had to test drive each color and he didn't mind at all. There were no glitches, no haggling and in the end I drove off in my beautiful 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. I'm certain in a few years i wiil hand this car off to my daughter when she's a new driver. When I arrived at IE Hyundai, my first impression was they had a huge inventory with every option under the sun. Art came in on his day off to help me and that meant a lot to me. Art was extremely helpful showing me what options were available on the Elantra's. He was very patient as I reviewed each vehicle with slightly different options. When I finally selected my car, Art took me inside and explained every detail of the buying process at IE Hyundai.
