He was straightforward about the car and taught me how to use my tech package in the car well. The wait was a bit long to get to finance, but with Art around it was enjoyable. I'm leasing a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and will most likely buy it at the end of the 3 years (if not earlier!) or will trade it in for a new Hyundai - either way I'm sticking with Hyundai Inland Empire! I've also been doing business with their service department - had a 2007 Hyundai Elantra prior to the Sonata - and have had excellent service so I will continue to bring my car there for servicing. They have made a life-long customer with me!! More
I walked into this place and avoided the "car salesmen" like the plague. The car I saw on the internet was exactly the car I bought. I went to the dealership knowing that my loan was pre-approved by my credit union. I thought I had a good interest rate. Art was able to find me an even better rate than my credit union offered. So, not only was the car less than I expected to pay, but the interest rate was lower, and car payments less than I had planned. How often can you say that? Best Car Purchasing Experience EVER! Art pulls no punches, he is straight with his customers. My husband and I had been looking at Hyundai Velosters for six months. During that time a couple dealerships had been visited, and many internet dealers contacted in attempt to secure the purchase of a particular vehicle color, and package features, at an attractive customer price. Many times my husband was led to believe that sales agents were searching for the vehicle of our preference, but experienced prolonged periods during which everyone fell shy of delivering the product. Other times, when the car of choice and color were located, dealers were unwilling to negotiate the price, often initially misleading in suggesting attractive dealing prices, only to switch up the cost when final numbers were being crunched. That quickly terminated my husband's interest in the vehicle, leaving no desire to dealing with the sales agent and dealership. Within a week of initially contacted Art, our car of color preference and package features had been located, picked up by Art, personally, in a dealer trade, and was ready in fine condition to be taken home after completing the painless and friendly sales transaction. Unlike most dealers who are glad to be finished with customers after the long and protracted sale procedure is finalized, Art encourages re-visits and phone calls if there are any questions, or assistance needed, utilizing the many car features and technology.
