My experience with with Hyundai Inland Empire was great particular with Art Lee (internet Salesman). After and internet inquiry he responded very quickly with a few alternatives options for me. When me and my family meet him he was very knowledgeable of the product, friendly and yet not pushy. He was able to get me close to what I wanted for my trade in which was applied to the new car. As for the price of my new Sonota it was what he provided in my options. Art actually provided with a better price than going through my company's discount program. Also when any questions or concerns have came up come he has been there to help either directly or indirectly. With this kind of experience I would recommend the dealership and him to all in the process of looking for a new vehicle, great job. More

I inquired on the Internet about a Hyundai Sonata Turbo 2.0 SE and Art contacted me right away. He asked what color I wanted and what features I was wanting. Not only did he give me a great price, he drove 2.0 SE and Art contacted me right away. He asked what color I wanted and what features I was wanting. Not only did he give me a great price, he drove all the way to Gardena just to get the specific color and car I wanted. When we went in, he had everything ready and I never felt any pressure to negotiate a price, it was already great. Art was friendly, honest, and so knowledgeable. If your looking to get a new Hyundai, go to Hyundai Inland Empire and see Art. Not everyone is like him. Clear example, When I was in his office, another salesman that worked 2 seats away was a jerk. He even told me to shut up because I was laughing to loud. I was so excited and to have someone tell you that, especially a salesman makes someone feel bad. I'm glad I wasn't dealing with him. :) maybe he should get another job that doesn't deal with the public. Regardless of that little incident, it was a great experience because I was dealing with a great person! More

Art was kind, personable, and knowledgable about his product. We were not hasseled, haggled, or pressured. My husband had called some of the other Hyundai dealers in the area asking for their Costco price The most pleant car shopping experience I ever had! My husband had called some of the other Hyundai dealers in the area asking for their Costco price (which were all very reasonable) but then my husband contacted Art Lee of Hyundai Inland Empire and Art actually beat the Costco pricing of the other dealerships! Art Lee was very friendly and accomadating. He is genuinely enthusiastic about the cars he sells and not once did we feel pressured to buy. I'm happy to say that we DID leave with a brand new car and we are very happy and pleased with our new Hyundai Sonata! I would not hesitate to recommend Art and Hyundai Inland Empire to anybody. More
