My experience with Hyundai of Montgomery has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing vehicle purchases I have ever made. I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Palisade from Hyundai of Montgomery based on the most frustrating and disappointing vehicle purchases I have ever made. I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Palisade from Hyundai of Montgomery based on representations made during the sales process regarding ownership status, manufacturer benefits, and included vehicle equipment. After the purchase, I discovered that Hyundai's records did not reflect my ownership status as represented at the time of sale. As a result, when I visited another Hyundai dealership for scheduled maintenance, I was informed that I was not eligible for the complimentary maintenance benefits that I had been told would be available to me. The problems did not end there. After carefully reviewing the vehicle against the purchase documents, I discovered that I had been charged for accessories that were either missing entirely or substituted with lower-cost alternatives: • First Aid Kit – Charged but never provided • Cargo Net – Charged but never provided • Illuminated Door Sill Plates – Charged for premium illuminated plates, but standard plastic plates were installed instead What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. For months, I made repeated attempts to resolve these issues through phone calls, emails, and even escalation through Hyundai corporate. Rather than honoring the representations made during the sale, the dealership stopped responding altogether. Trust is the foundation of any dealership-customer relationship. Based on my experience, Hyundai of Montgomery failed to uphold that trust, the sale process and post-sale support did not meet my expectations for transparency, accuracy, or customer service.
