Everything was pretty smooth, but took really long time to get the paperwork ready and being that we were doing a trade in, didn't explain everything that was going to happen as well as I think it should h to get the paperwork ready and being that we were doing a trade in, didn't explain everything that was going to happen as well as I think it should have been. Since our new car was not going to be ready for 2 days, seemed stra ge to sign everything that night and not get any paperwork on the sell. Would seem to me, to do that when the car was ready for pickup and leaving our trade in. We signed everything line it was done that day including taking the car home. Maybe should explained all that before we did all the signing. Seems one thing I signed was that I was taking the new car that night. We came back 2 days later and everything went smooth that day. Service Department is appalling. They are rude, condescending and do not give a flip about the customer. I traded my car for a Honda the day after my last visit to this service depar They are rude, condescending and do not give a flip about the customer. I traded my car for a Honda the day after my last visit to this service department. The service manager told me they would look at my vehicle when they wanted to. My car was 2years old. I had bought two new and one used vehicle from this dealership. You will be all right with an oil change, God be with you if you have a major repair which you should not with a 2 year old car. DO NOT buy from this dealership, you will regret it. More

Representatives weren't courteous, friendly and polite. However, it took a long time (over six hours) to close the deal. We could have been done much sooner, but there was a "revolving door" of reps coming However, it took a long time (over six hours) to close the deal. We could have been done much sooner, but there was a "revolving door" of reps coming to explain the latest info on negotiations; it was unnecessary and I told them several times their offers were unsatisfactory and to get to the bottom line. It was a continuum of insulting offers for our trade-in until a final decision was made to meet our minimum a few hours after our initial declination--unnecessary and a waste of our time. We like the car, not the cumbersome, tiresome process. You asked, I answered and I'll be glad to discuss with anyone, any time. More
