Representatives weren't courteous, friendly and polite. However, it took a long time (over six hours) to close the deal. We could have been done much sooner, but there was a "revolving door" of reps coming to explain the latest info on negotiations; it was unnecessary and I told them several times their offers were unsatisfactory and to get to the bottom line. It was a continuum of insulting offers for our trade-in until a final decision was made to meet our minimum a few hours after our initial declination--unnecessary and a waste of our time. We like the car, not the cumbersome, tiresome process. You asked, I answered and I'll be glad to discuss with anyone, any time. More

I already had the car picked out and was pre-qualified with Capital One. Other than take the car for a test drive, there wasn't much that needed to be done.
