When I walked in the door there were at least 6 salespeople by the door looking at me. Only one spoke to me and asked how can they help. That person, Rob, got my sale. The finance manager was frien salespeople by the door looking at me. Only one spoke to me and asked how can they help. That person, Rob, got my sale. The finance manager was friendly, thorough and quick. I never spoke to a sales manager. Not even an introduction when I was the only customer. The vehicle was not detailed well, but we were in a hurry and let it slide. Also, sorry, but the The Hyundai of Montgomery stickers are the ugliest dealer logos I've ever seen. It was slapped on crooked. It took me over an hour to get it off. It was very cold and we didn't do a thorough final walk through. My husband and I don't have the best eyesight and didn't notice the casing on the driver side mirror was broken until after we got home. The service department wouldn't let me schedule an appointment. They said I had to go through sales. My salesperson is communicative, but the sales manager is not. Still waiting to hear from him after a week and multiple follow ups. More
