I arrived 15 minutes early for an appointment I had made online, which they had no record of, but took my car anyway and said it would be ready in about 2 hours. After calling to check with the service center 3 hours after dropping my car off, I was told that it would be ready in 1 more hour. 2 hours later, my car was returned to me with no service work completed. All I needed was an oil change with a coupon for a free brake inspection. Thank God, I had a great friend to pick me up and drop me back off after a long day of waiting. Then I had to drive home in the dark through 5 o'clock traffic, and I cannot see good at night, which is why I made my appointment for noon. I now have to drive out of town to Birmingham without having my car serviced. I found the whole ordeal totally Unacceptable! I also found the lack of concern from Glen very unprofessional, as he turned to walk away from me without a word or apology until I stopped him from leaving my car with me.
