Service Department is appalling. They are rude, condescending and do not give a flip about the customer. I traded my car for a Honda the day after my last visit to this service department. The service manager told me they would look at my vehicle when they wanted to. My car was 2years old. I had bought two new and one used vehicle from this dealership. You will be all right with an oil change, God be with you if you have a major repair which you should not with a 2 year old car. DO NOT buy from this dealership, you will regret it. More

Representatives weren't courteous, friendly and polite. However, it took a long time (over six hours) to close the deal. We could have been done much sooner, but there was a "revolving door" of reps coming However, it took a long time (over six hours) to close the deal. We could have been done much sooner, but there was a "revolving door" of reps coming to explain the latest info on negotiations; it was unnecessary and I told them several times their offers were unsatisfactory and to get to the bottom line. It was a continuum of insulting offers for our trade-in until a final decision was made to meet our minimum a few hours after our initial declination--unnecessary and a waste of our time. We like the car, not the cumbersome, tiresome process. You asked, I answered and I'll be glad to discuss with anyone, any time. More
