The people who sale and finance are great. The service department is awful. Everyone knows it bad and it’s a thing in Montgomery. At least the cars are so good they don’t break. I took back my ioniq6 because the charging spots at the dealership were always blocked with cars that aren’t even electric. So annoying. If service could step it up be more kind, answer the phone, give realistic time waits the dealership could be a 5 star but my guess that will be the treatment you will get at Genesis next door. More

They did their best to work a deal on a new car. But that was unable to happen. Randy said they had a Ford Explorer on the lot that may work for my wife and my needs.
