Cost more than was quoted at the time of service. They charge more for maintenance with appointment than with routine service same day. No answer to why a certain service request was not done. Refuse to do business with this dealership. They post a price indicating dealer discounts, but when you get the quote they add charges for items you did not ask for. Tinted windows, phantom charge, overpri price indicating dealer discounts, but when you get the quote they add charges for items you did not ask for. Tinted windows, phantom charge, overpriced mud guards and $100 nitrogen. As soon as you push back and make them take those charges off the quote, your vehicle is all of a sudden sold to someone else. It's just a scam to get you in the door. More

Capitol Hyundai has the worst service department I have ever dealt with. Can't get a service rep on the phone and they will not return calls. Numerous delays and excuses. Apathetic employees.
