It is hard to say enough bad about my experience with Capital Hyundai. Buyer beware. I have a 2013 Sonota I bought there. These cars have had engine problems that brought a class action law suit. My engine seized up as coved in the lawsuit, and I called the service manager at Capitol. He did not call me back for two days, and when he did he told me the warranty had expired. But the breakdown occurred as I was traveling in NC, and, before scrapping the car, I decided to call the service department at Hunter Hyundai in Fletcher NC. The manager was immediately knowledgeable and responsible and told me there was a lifetime warranty on that engine. They replace it totally for free. The awful and indifferent manager at Capital almost had me scrapping my car, and I would have done it if I had not called a well-run and knowledgeable service department in NC. More

Horrible service! Do not buy a car from them nor take your vehicle to be serviced. My car would not start and had to be towed to the dealership. They told me it would be days before they could get to my your vehicle to be serviced. My car would not start and had to be towed to the dealership. They told me it would be days before they could get to my car but would not provide me with a loaner vehicle. Now I am stranded trying to get a ride. Why pay for a vehicle you can't even drive. More

Overall anytime I come to the service department or the dealership they make me regret even buying the car from them. Went on a Saturday to have my car serviced since I work out of town majority of the wee dealership they make me regret even buying the car from them. Went on a Saturday to have my car serviced since I work out of town majority of the week for them to tell me all they do on Saturdays are oil changes and tire rotation nothing else. I needed my brakes looked at, and did that happen no. Waste of time! More
