Refuse to do business with this dealership. They post a price indicating dealer discounts, but when you get the quote they add charges for items you did not ask for. Tinted windows, phantom charge, overpri price indicating dealer discounts, but when you get the quote they add charges for items you did not ask for. Tinted windows, phantom charge, overpriced mud guards and $100 nitrogen. As soon as you push back and make them take those charges off the quote, your vehicle is all of a sudden sold to someone else. Capitol Hyundai has the worst service department I have ever dealt with. Can't get a service rep on the phone and they will not return calls. Numerous delays and excuses. Apathetic employees. It is hard to say enough bad about my experience with Capital Hyundai. Buyer beware. I have a 2013 Sonota I bought there. These cars have had engine problems that brought a class action law suit. My engine seized up as coved in the lawsuit, and I called the service manager at Capitol. He did not call me back for two days, and when he did he told me the warranty had expired. But the breakdown occurred as I was traveling in NC, and, before scrapping the car, I decided to call the service department at Hunter Hyundai in Fletcher NC. The manager was immediately knowledgeable and responsible and told me there was a lifetime warranty on that engine. They replace it totally for free. The awful and indifferent manager at Capital almost had me scrapping my car, and I would have done it if I had not called a well-run and knowledgeable service department in NC. More

Horrible service! Do not buy a car from them nor take your vehicle to be serviced. My car would not start and had to be towed to the dealership. They told me it would be days before they could get to my your vehicle to be serviced. My car would not start and had to be towed to the dealership.
