Service visit Service department was very friendly and attentive to my problem, truck latch was broken. They were able to replace it in under two hours. Sales returned a call quickly, and without question clearly understood 3 immediate needs and requirements - He assisted and explained, as well as researched what he did not know. All done quickly and clearly. In doing this he immediately helped us to narrow down our options to 2 models that would meet the general needs. After Test drives, we had completely agreed on 1 model. The sales department compiled an incredible deal to assist us in buying our 1st NEW car. All our needs were met and expanded on in all the best ways measurable. In short, they listened to our needs and wants, clearly directed all efforts to meet those wishes. We feel like the entire experience was exceptionally well done (professionally) and with a little splash of fun along the way to help keep things light. Our business manager helped navigate the final paperwork and clarified all the benefits and coverages to make our deal the best suited for our personal needs and finances.
