Before I made the trip, we agreed on the trade-in price of my current vehicle and the all-in cost of the new vehicle. Not happy I bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Hyundai santafe from Five Star Hyundai in Warner Robins Georgia love the car loved the car but the service that I got I bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Hyundai santafe from Five Star Hyundai in Warner Robins Georgia love the car loved the car but the service that I got from the sales manager to the finance manager two the general manager was awful, no experience at all I told them that I could not put a down payment .and that payments would stay the same, I was told it could be done., I live out of town so my salesman talk to me over the phone ,as well as the others they all lied to me ,now I have the car but have no tag i called today to talk to the manager and was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone so I kept calling back and getting the runaround so tomorrow I will be calling higher up through ladder when I get this car paid for it will never buy from Hyundai again the salesman no longer works there More

In all of our years of buying vehicles, this was the most pleasant experience ever The great people at Five Star Hyundai are a pleasure to work with. In all of our years of buying vehicles, this was the most pleasant experience ever. We were never pressured at all. Delivery of our car was fast and just as promised. We were treated like family from the moment we came in contact with them! We will definitely recommend the Five Star store in Warner Robins for any future vehicle purchases for all of our family and friends as well as using them for any of our future vehicle needs. Terrance was great - he made sure that we understood every aspect of the vehicle and has even called us a couple of times since the purchase to make sure that we had not encountered any problems or if we had any questions. Kerde Evans - the General Manager was awesome! He made us feel like we were the most important client he ever had. Mike Heard in the service department is second to none. He too has checked in with us on our purchase and offered his assistance for any questions or problems needed. We will commute over 100 miles to have any and all service work done at this store - due to the professionalism and service after the sale they portrayed. They truly care about their customers! More
