Although the part my truck needed was on back order for weeks, I could not be more impressed with the constant communication by the dealership. They provided me loaner car for the duration. I needed service work for a known issue with my Ioniq. They advised me to have the vehicle towed in and started working in the issue right away. I’ve had two other local Hyundai service centers do maintenance on my 2020 Tuscon and I’ve had terrible experiences with both of them over the years. I was ready to give up on Hyundai altogether due to my previous Hyundai service center experience, however, I believe I’ve found my new service center!
