I had an incredible experience at Hyundai of 110 and can’t recommend them enough! From the start, my salesperson Johan was fantastic. He took the time to answer every question I had without ever making me feel rushed, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Anthony, the foreman. I had a specific issue that needed addressing, and he was incredibly understanding and professional in getting it fixed. The service team is also top-notch. Fredys and Tiffany were great to work with, and Erica, the loaner car coordinator, was a huge help in making sure everything was coordinated smoothly while my car was in the shop. If you're looking for a team that is knowledgeable, patient, and actually cares about their customers, this is the place to go! More
I had a 10a. m. Appointment and received a call the night before suggesting my appointment had been rescheduled to 8am. I arrived to my appointment on time at 0750 m. Appointment and received a call the night before suggesting my appointment had been rescheduled to 8am. I arrived to my appointment on time at 0750, however, so did 20 other customers. I didn’t leave the dealership until 1:30pm. I spent 5.5 hours in a dealership on a Saturday all because someone didn’t do their job right and over booked. The staff at the dealership were very professional and helpful. The company that makes appointments is out of touch with what really happens at dealerships. They should not have booked 20 customers all at the same time on a Saturday morning. More
Very poor experience, waited over 4 hours for an oil change. Communication was also poor, not a single phone call or text (I waited at the dealership) all communication came from me walking to the count change. Staff kept using the excuse of “too many appointments” as a valid reason for the wait (so their mistake became my hinder). Not a single person from management was present to make contact to the large amount of customers who also were waiting hours for their cars to be serviced. I have purchased two vehicles from 110 within the last three years and I have them serviced by 110 as well but will no longer bring my vehicles here after this experience. More
Disappointing service. Why was tire rotation recommended and then told I needed new tires. No explanation or recommendation was given. New brakes were installed last year. Everybody was great with their service, except for the girl that handled my paperwork. She didn’t seem to know her job, and kept asking other people to help her.
