I was cheated out of $999. 000 after 5 hours of dealing. They added the extra money as a brokage fee. They refused to give it back or explain what it's for. Aside from that they gave the car with the wrong color interior and minus roof rack. I know I should have complained immediately but was exhausted and just had enough for one day. Went back the next day and nobody there was able to help. Do not buy a Hyundai from the dealership on 110 in Farmingdale. More

Made appointment to see a specific model Santa Cruz on 3/23 . Upon arrival was told vehicle was not there due to the rain. Expressed displeasure and a vehicle was moved off the showroom floor to test dri 3/23 . Upon arrival was told vehicle was not there due to the rain. Expressed displeasure and a vehicle was moved off the showroom floor to test drive which went well. In negotiations with new salesman, was told we could get a price of $425/month if we could sign that day. Later sales manager came by and said price would be $499/month which we walked away from. Signals got crossed somewhere on their end. We are still interested in working with dealer but not at that higher price. Have previously purchased a Santa Fe and Tuscon from same dealership. Saleman and manager both very pleasant and we have always liked service here. More

I received no deals or promotions. It wasn't a bad deal but it wasn't the best deal. I asked 4x about getting all weather matts and was presented with a 15% off coupon. In my opinion t It wasn't a bad deal but it wasn't the best deal. I asked 4x about getting all weather matts and was presented with a 15% off coupon. In my opinion that was a slap in the face. I bought a $25k (sticker price) car and after taxes fees and additional insurance, I was $40k out the door. The least they could do is provide free weather matts. Very disappointed. Besides that the service was good but the end interaction left a source taste in my mouth. More
