We had a terrible experience with Sean in sales and Hyundai 110. I put a deposit down on a Palisade on 3/14 and was assured the car would be put aside for me when it arrived to the dealership. I waited a month and a half checking in periodically to get updates on the car. The ETA got pushed back which was fine as we were willing to wait. Over the last week I contacted Sean with very little response. "He was waiting on the manager to get back to him". I decided to search the vin # online and another dealerships website came up. I e-mailed and left Sean a message with no response. We called the dealership 3 times and asked to speak to a manager but were told they were too busy but would get back to us. I received a call back from Everett the manager 2 days after my original messages and he confirmed they traded the car to another dealership. I understand that mistakes happen but for me to find out over a week after the car was traded and for my calls and messages to go unreturned for 2 days is completely unacceptable. More
