The only reason I would recommend this place is my service advisor was extremely nice and understanding. The reason I would stay away from this place is strictly from my phone interactions. It was top five one of the most frustrating experiences of my life trying to get in contact with someone at the actual dealership. I actually had to dial the sales extension and beg who I was connected to to directly transfer me to an advisor. When I initially made my appointment to replace a tire that had a nail in it, the off-site person for service told me I would have to call and talk to parts myself to confirm if they had the tire in stock before I even spoke to someone in the service department. My service advisor, Orlando, is the only reason that I would recommend this place. Otherwise, dealing with my phone interactions alone, I would steer clear. More
