I had a scheduled appointment to take care of a recall and 20 minutes after I arrived I was told they didn’t have the part. Arrived at appointed time and was greeted in a timely fashion. Kenneth, my service advisor processed my repair order quickly. I would be waiting for my vehicle so Kenneth directed me to the waiting area fashion. Kenneth, my service advisor processed my repair order quickly. I would be waiting for my vehicle so Kenneth directed me to the waiting area where they had coffee and bagels. After a couple of hours my car was ready.
