Holly did a great job describing and listening to the service needs of my car. The estimates were accurate and the service was completed as promised. I have a suggestion: The 3% extra charge for use of a credit card should be seriously reviewed. I realize that there is a "Cost of doing business" but the extra cost of 3% is crazy. perhaps the 3% covers the complimentary Uber, or the online service updates, but it it should be straight up pricing, no hidden fees. I have been in the service business for a long time, and I know there are credit card service companies that will do better for you as a business (Less cost) than the credit service you are using. I know that I could have used my debit or paid with a check but that was not an option this time. Overall, I am very satisfied with your service, the professionalism of everyone and the accuracy of the service. Thank you, I will be back! More

This was my second time for service for an oil change, tire rotation and new windshield wipers and it still took over 2 and a half hours to get my car completed. I find it very sad and disappointing that when you pull in for a flat tire, they ask if you have an appointment. Obviously, nobody plans on getting a flat tire. You pay for the tire repair service, so yo in for a flat tire, they ask if you have an appointment. Obviously, nobody plans on getting a flat tire. You pay for the tire repair service, so you bring your vehicle to the dealership for the repair. Being that I did not have an appointment, I had to leave my vehicle which I had no problem. However, I never expected it to take 2 days to get it repaired or in this case a new tire. When I called the following morning after I dropped it off, I was told by my service advisor, well you did not have an appointment, and we will attempt to look at it today. Attempt to look at it, I had the tire in the trunk that was damaged and had placed the spare on the car. I feel that is a horrible way to treat returning customers. I had to call corporate and make a complaint that is how dissatisfied I was. More
