I brought my 2023 Palisade (15,000 miles) in due to a faulty alternator. I was told it would take 4 days to get the part. My auto was in the shop for 6 days. Clean and smoothly operated. However they scheduled my car for 2 recalls, I dropped the car at 8:30 in the morning, but they did not have nor could they obtain the parts.
