Received a letter in mail urging me to schedule a recall appointment for back tail lights. Took off of work to drop my car off and was told it would take 3 hours at most. Dropped it off at 9AM. Was called 6 appointment for back tail lights. Took off of work to drop my car off and was told it would take 3 hours at most. Dropped it off at 9AM. Was called 6 hours later to find out that I never needed to bring the car in because the update was done over the air. Spent $50 to Uber from and to the dealership when I never needed to do so in the first place. Assuming no one will reach out regarding this experience. More

My oil change windshield sticker indicated I was overdue for an oil change. I wish service noticed it and informed me. I would have done an oil change, especially since I had a mailed savings coupon from Hu for an oil change. I wish service noticed it and informed me.
