Was told I need to replace my tire to pass the NYS inspection. However I already passed the inspection the month before. I was charged double the amount I was supposed to pay, and the service advisor didn’t care that I thought the price was wrong. It wasn’t until the woman who checked me out listened to the fact that I was and the service advisor didn’t care that I thought the price was wrong. It wasn’t until the woman who checked me out listened to the fact that I was being overcharged and she saw that it was too much as well. She brought it to someone and got my bill to its correct price, which was half the price I was originally charged. More
