I was suggested to get my cabin air filter changed despite changing it myself a few weeks ago. I was presented with a Hyundai Kona SEL and, based on that presentation, proceeded with the purchase. This discrepancy between the vehicle presented and the one delivered was completely unexpected and deeply disappointing. I got an oil change service done and they forgot to tighten the drain plug so after a few days, it came off. My car’s oil was completely empty and it broke down in the middle of the highway putting my tighten the drain plug so after a few days, it came off. My car’s oil was completely empty and it broke down in the middle of the highway putting my life at risk. So I had to tow my car off the road to a safe location and called my brother to take me to the nearest authoZone to buy the drain plug and also a 5 quartz oil. We installed the plug and put the oil in to drive me home. The next day I went to the dealership and explained everything, all they said was “we’re sorry” How can you be so irresponsible to play with someone’s life. I lost my 12 hours of work day and the frustration I felt was unbearable More
