Quote price over phone and then being charged more when my daughter picked up car. Numerous attempts to call service and never receiving a return call or person never being available. Service department was great as always. Sales was disappointing. I brought my car in to have a flat fixed and the service department realized the registration on my car was for my previous Sales was disappointing. I called the sales department and left a message explaining they sent me the wrong registration and asking a manager to return my call. I never heard anything back from them. I guess now that the sale is done they are not interested in customer service anymore. However the service department was wonderful to deal with as always. More
