From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident. Ms Claasen is amazing and shows that she cares. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the service team, who promptly attended to my needs. The atmosphere was inviting and clean, creating a welcoming environment that instantly put me at ease. What truly sets this dealership's service department apart is the exceptional level of expertise and dedication exhibited by the entire team. Jake Zilverburg runs a tight ship and the entire team seems to go above and beyond to diagnose and address my vehicle's issues. The communication from the service advisor was outstanding and even though my vehicle can not be fixed presently, the level of thoroughness and efficiency of the team was unsurpassed. More

Excellent Experience I did quite a bit of shopping around and research before I bought at Mark Thomas Hyundai. We already own a 2012 Elantra Limited and have been so pleas I did quite a bit of shopping around and research before I bought at Mark Thomas Hyundai. We already own a 2012 Elantra Limited and have been so pleased with it I got another one for myself! I talked to Igor first on the phone to get some preliminary info on the car, and then German picked up from there. He's a great guy to work with. No high pressure sales techniques, just good sound information and honest answers to my questions. I was also able to get this car about $1200 cheaper than anywhere else between Portland and Eugene. I work in Albany so it will be very convenient to drop it off in the morning if I need service and pick it up after work. All in all this was a really excellent experience. More
