Service Center Review 2011 Sonata Service. Mark Murphy was extremely friendly and helpful, & I'm very excited about not having to drive to the Greater Atlanta area for a de 2011 Sonata Service. Mark Murphy was extremely friendly and helpful, & I'm very excited about not having to drive to the Greater Atlanta area for a dealership going forward. I stopped by shortly after they opened (late December) when my TPS Warning came on. Mark has someone check the tire, which came back a little low. They put nitrogen to get the PSI up (since all my ties are on Nitrogen) & reset the TPS sensor. Because this was an ongoing issue, he told me there was no charge for the work today, to monitor the tire, and swing back by if it happened again. A few weeks later, the TPS came on again. I needed to get the 52500 maintenance & 2 campaigns (recalls) done, so I took it in again. They discovered this time that a previous tire company has mounted the tire, which had a directional tread, backwards when they had plugged the tire. That was causing it to slowly leek over time. They replugged, correctly mounted, & put nitrogen in the tire again. Cost was $34.95, which I didn't mind since they had looked at it previously without cost. One of the "Campaigns" was handled without issue. I had to hold on the 2nd because of time issues & because the dealership didn't have any sort of "loaner" or "service" vehicles (please note that Mark offered to drop me off and pick me up, but that wasn't feasible at the time), which I'm hoping is something they remedy quickly. My 52500 oil change was also taken care of at the time. This is where my "Price" rating comes in as the cost for the oil change was $31.95. This is 50% higher than I had been paying for Oil Changes (& that maintenance level). More

Great service! I drive a 2006 Tucson that I took in because the AC/Heat wasn't working. The facility is very nice and clean and you actually get to sit down and speak with the representative. I dealt with Mark and he was fantastic - very friendly and knowledgeable and he kept us in the loop every step of the way. I will definitely be returning to them in the future. More

He also noticed that a recall issue had not been addressed on my car and called it to my attention. He had that handled for me while I was at the dealership. I do appreciate his attentiveness to detail, and his professional assistance. I don't recall the name of the service technician, but he did leave a card on my sun visor. He did a thorough job, and did not leave any kind of dirt/smudges inside my vehicle. He also completed the work in what I felt was a timely manner. More
Service Center I scheduled an oil change for my daughter's car over the phone and when I got there, the service center didn't carry her car's (Dodge) oil filter. The service center manager, Mark, made apologies and offered to run right then to the store and get one :). I opted to wait until the next day. Not only did they change the oil but they topped off all fluids, checked the car out totally, and made recommendations for what I needed with the order of importance. I was provided the full price of all repairs and there was never once any pressure or suggestion that I get these services at their dealership. Everyone was friendly and the dealership is sparkling clean. It was the kind of experience that makes you just want to stop in and say hello when you pass their way. More
