Where do I begin. The first time I took my car to this dealership I left it with them for 1 week. I took it in for a water leak coming from the windshield and a trim p The first time I took my car to this dealership I left it with them for 1 week. I took it in for a water leak coming from the windshield and a trim piece on the door that was starting to come loose. After waiting a week I spoke to the advisor and was told the car was ready, but the trim piece wasn’t going to be finished due to it needing to be repainted. A few days later after picking up my vehicle it rained. Guess what? Yep you’re right. The windshield was still leaking. After discovering it was still leaking I looked to see if I could tell what had been done to the windshield. Lo and behold the “windshield repair company” patched it. It appeared they used a caulking gun to put sealer over the place it was leaking. After about 20+ years of being a dealership mechanic I knew this would not fix a leak, such as this, correctly. I also discovered that they got urethane sealer on the headliner. After mentioning this to the advisor, I was told it had been fixed prior and they were the one that got the sealer on the headliner. I also discovered that the headliner had some abrasions on the edge where it meets the windshield. Again, I asked the advisor about this and was told that it is just a blemish in the headliner. Ask yourself this question. Would you want to buy a 50k vehicle and have a headliner with sealer on it and have “blemishes” in the interior? Not me!!! I wish I could attach photos to this review to show everyone what I am talking about. I drove an hour and a half to this dealership due to the dealership near me not having a good reputation only to have this kind of service. I do not recommend this dealership for service of any kind. More
Really, a fifteen word minimum, how can anyone think this is realistic? Well they didn’t do everything I asked them to do. It took 2 1/2 hr for them to do a maintenance and inspection. And now I have a rattle in the front right dashboard that wasn’t there before.
